Work Permits

Students may go to the Georgia Department of Labor web site (click here for quick link) and enter personal information.  Print the data worksheet and give to the employer.  After employer competes their section, bring form to the Counseling Office with proof of birth date (i.e. driver's license or birth certificate).  Beginning January 2007, there will be a $2.00 charge.  It may take twenty-four hours for processing once presented to the Counseling Office.
